Vail, the Vail Dance Festival, Hot Summer Nights, and a variety of local events.
Owned and operated by the nonprofit Vail Valley Foundation, The Amp is supported by the Town of Vail along with a variety of sponsors and the generosity of donors. Ticket sales and sponsorships don’t cover the full cost of world-class programming and caring for a venue of this caliber. When you support The Amp, you’re not just funding a venue. TRANSFORMING AN ICONIC VENUE
Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater is undergoing a multi-year transformation through the Vail Valley Foundation’s Empowering Possibility Capital Campaign. Phase I wrapped in Spring 2026 with new pavilion seating and flooring, upgraded handrails, and an expanded production booth.
Phases II and III will continue The Amp’s transformation, creating an even better experience for you and the artists on stage. Continued donor support will help make the full vision for The Amp a reality.
