Our volunteers play a critical role in our ability to provide one of the most exceptional outdoor performance venue experiences.
The Amp is closed for the 2022 season; however, we are in search of volunteers to support our 2023 Amp Summer Concerts! These are large-scale productions of national tours presented in partnership with AEG Presents. The Amp is a fun, lively, and sometimes loud, work environment – it’s a great opportunity for concert enthusiasts and music lovers. We are looking for friendly, outgoing volunteers to provide information and guest service to ticket holders. Working side by side with our staff, you can help us deliver the high-quality event experience our customers have come to expect at The Amp. We are looking for volunteers who can commit to at least three shifts, and we will be happy to have you for more if you are available.
Description of Responsibilities:
- Directing guests to seating locations
- Assisting guests with general questions, comments, or concerns
- Providing a resource at the top of the pavilion aisles
- Contacting venue management to assist with more complex guest needs
- Greeting guests as they enter and exit the venue
